Mabel Marie Kelley
Mabel Marie Kelley, 82, passed away June 10, 2007, at her home in Choctaw. Funeral services were 2 p.m. June 15, 2007, at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at Arlington Memory Gardens. Services were under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Northeast. She was born April 8, 1925, in Lowry, Ark., to Robert C. and Otis J. (Hughey) Raines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon S. Kelley; her daughter, Sandra K. Kelly; her parents; three brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy McLaughlin and husband Nathan and Twyla Bentley; two sons, Robert Kelley and wife Elizabeth and Tim Kelley and wife Patti; also five sisters; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Nell Louise Townsend
Nell Louise Townsend passed away the night of June 11, 2007. Funeral services were 10 a.m. June 15, 2007, at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment was 2 p.m. at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson. Services were under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Southeast. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Oliver Townsend. She is survived by two sons and three daughters, Kenneth Charles Townsend of Del City, Connie Ates and husband Mike of Florida, Jerrye Adale Townsend of Del City, Terry Lee Strickland and husband Sam of Georgia and Doug Townsend and wife Louise of Midwest City; 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; five sisters; and two brothers. She loved her job of 25 years at Reliant Center in Oklahoma City and her grandchildren.
June Rhea Mount
June Rhea Mount, 84, of Del City died June 12, 2007. Her remains will be laid to rest on a family farm in Arkansas. Services were under the direction of Ford Funeral Service. She was born Aug. 23, 1922, in Mt. Vernon, Ill., the daughter of Rubin and Viola Miller. Known as “June Bug,” “Mom” or “Grandma,” she never complained and always gave of herself and cared more about helping others than doing for herself. She is survived by four children, June Marie Kimberling, John Francis Bowman, Jean Rose Thorne and James Franklin White Sr.; nine grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Cloveta “Little Sue” (Goforth) Thomas
Cloveta “Little Sue” (Goforth) Thomas died at home with her family June 13, 2007. A graveside service was 11 a.m. June 16, 2007, at Rose Hill Burial Park, 6006 N.W. Grand Blvd. Services were under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Southeast. She was born Jan. 23, 1943, in Oklahoma City. She leaves behind her husband, Gerald Thomas; one daughter, Yvette Brown; and other family and friends.
