Za’Reonna Shalae Melvin
Za’Reonna Shalae Melvin passed away May 4, 2007 in Oklahoma City. She was born May 4, 2007, to Shysheka Melvin and Jason Watts. She was preceded in death by her Aunt Tasha Allen; and grandfather, Frank Jones. She is survived by her parents; grandparents, Roseline Melvin and Allen Scott and Tanya Watts; great-grandparents, Dorothy Melvin and Versie and Albert Scott; seven aunts; five uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family wishes to express its sincere gratitude for everyone’s support.
Dennis Ray Muir
Dennis Ray Muir, 54, of Oklahoma City passed away May 7, 2007. Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. May 10, 2007, at Grand Boulevard Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Burial was at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. He was born Oct. 16, 1952, in Oklahoma City to Howell Ross and Helen Louise (Finchum) Muir. He was employed with Photo Products Repair for about 10 years. He was a member of the Oklahoma Zoological Society and Zoo Friends. He enjoyed gardening, photography, building things and watching movies. He was preceded by his mother, Helen. He is survived by his wife, Marta J. Muir; two daughters, Amanda Muir and Gayla Jobe and husband David; his father, H. Ross Muir; a grandson; a granddaughter; two sisters, Tammy Trench and husband James and Janet Berryman and husband Michael; and two nieces.
Arturo M. Ybanez
Arturo M. Ybanez, 51, of Choctaw died May 9, 2007. A graveside service was 2 p.m. Friday at the Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw. Services were conducted by Ford Funeral Service. He was born Aug. 23, 1955, in Live Oak County, Texas. He was one Gilbert and Ramona Ybanez’s 12 children. He loved vegetable gardening and watching wrestling. He will be missed by his family and friends.
LeaVada (Huey) (Waldrop) Balboni
LeaVada (Huey) (Waldrop) Balboni, 94, of Harrah was born Feb. 20, 1913, in Van Buren, Ark. A graveside memorial service was May 10, 2007 at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah. Pastor Mike McCauley officiated. Services were under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service in Harrah. A guest book is available at www.smithparks.com. She was the daughter of Richard Charles and Virginia Lee (Wells) Huey. She passed away May 7, 2007, in Harrah. She enjoyed bingo, crochet, fishing and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vincent Balboni; two brothers, Elisha and Richard; and three sisters, Lucy, Rose and Frances. She is survived by a daughter and her husband, June and Donnie Elms of Harrah; a grandson and his wife; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
